Before joining Lien Team, Eric spent two decades in senior executive roles at Rockwell Automation and General Electric (GE), where he led marketing and sales operations across multiple industries. At Rockwell, Eric developed strategies that drove global growth, while his tenure at GE allowed him to hone his skills in global marketing, strategic planning, and sales leadership. These leadership positions shaped Eric into an expert in driving large-scale business transformations, which he now applies to Lien Team Real Estate’s success.
Additionally, Eric is the founder of Experience It 3D Consulting, a consulting firm that assists businesses in enhancing their marketing, sales, and operational strategies through digital enablement and innovative tools. As an educator at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, he developed and taught courses on Sales, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship, preparing students to thrive in the competitive sales environment.
