Sam Katula grew up in Brookfield and developed an interest in real estate when he purchased his own home in the same city several years ago. He truly has a passion for home renovation, whether it be in transforming his own home or helping buyers and sellers realize the potential in their respective properties. A collegiate basketball player and graduate of UW – Parkside, Sam knows that hard work and dedication are what it takes to achieve a dream and offers these same skills to the clients he works with.
